Miele Marine Introduces 90cm Oven in Stunning New Exhibit at Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show by Lori Dolnick
Princeton, New Jersey – October 26, 2010 – Miele Marine will unveil its sleek new 20 foot exhibit featuring its exceptional precision engineered built-in appliances at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show on October 28, 2010. Miele will also introduce North America to the new H 5981 BP, a 90 cm gourmet oven, which features a plethora of unique features — not the least of which is a gigantic 85 liter capacity cavity. This oven gives captains, owners or onboard chefs the room to roast three chickens on the accompanying spit, or the capacity to bake an 80 cm baguette utilizing humidity with the oven’s unique Moisture Plus feature. For baking, humidity helps dough rise better and gives loaves a gleaming crust. For roasting, using moisture from the very start of the process helps bake out all the fat and gives the meat, chicken or pork an appetizing crust.
The 90 cm oven is the perfect addition for a galley kitchen that is manned by the inexperienced cook as it offers the ability to use more than 100 automatic programs ranging from “noodle bake” to “apple pie” to simplify the process. And it is the perfect cooking tool for the onboard chef who wants to customize his or her cooking with ten manual operating modes for precise setting of temperature and times. The H 5981 BP is available in 230 V 50Hz and 220V 60Hz.
The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show on October 28 – November 1, 2010 is one of the largest and most significant boat shows in the world.
